Deals closing per month by each call center executive: This is how it plays out for my in reps: Each Call center executive: 100 Calls per day/500 week/2000 month 12% - 14% meaningful conversation rate = Average 13% ( 2000 ) = 260 average meaningful conversations per month 10% - 14% lead close rate = Average 12% ( 260 ) = 31 deals closed per month Minimum average Revenue from each sale : STATIC SMALL BUSINESS & ECOMMERCE SMALL BUSINESS after discount ( $ 50 & $ 200 ) = $ 125 per closure as an average Monthly - $ 125 * 31 deals = $3875 per month is average minimum Revenue what your call canter executive is generating. Commissions: Percentage of Commsission No Commission - $2000 per month 10% ofsales upto $ 4000 12% ofsales for $ 4000 - $ 6000 15% ofsales for Rs $ 6000 plus Sales Revenue Generated by each Agent = Deals Closed Monthly * average cost per commssion 31 * $ 125 = $ 3875 Total commission an agent can generate: No of Sales * Percentage of commission from Slaes Revenue 31 * $ 12.5 ( 10% of Sales) = $ 387.5 Approximately Each agent can generate Profit : Salary + Commission : $ 200 + $ 387 = $ 587 Total Amount generated by 10 agents: $ 587 + 10 = $5870.00 Per Month for 10 seats
