Find a seafood producer in Thailand which sells frozen octopuses

I am looking for a bulk producer of seafood which sells large octopuses (3kg+ each octopus). The product should be IQF frozen (IQF means Individual Quick Frozen). The company should be a producer (company which fishes these octopuses) and not a resaler (company which buys from a producer and sells at a higher price). I need you to call all the producers you will be able to find (or email them if they ask to) get their addresses, get their estimate prices on large octopuses (don't forget that octopuses have to be 2-3kg+ each) and ask them when and where can I come to look at the product in real life. The price should be CIF (which means including shippment, unlike FOB which means without shipment) to sea-port in Saint's Petersburg, Russia. If they tell you they can't ship to Russia (or they don't ship internationally at all), ask them for FOB prices (prices just for a product shipped to the sea-port in Jakarta).Tell them that the first time I am interested to buy one 20-foot container (12 tons) of these octopuses if the prices and the quality of the product will be good, and that I'm looking for a long term supplier. If they ask you - say you are a translator for a firm located in Novorossiysk, Russia. Don't tell them you are a freelancer. The firm is called "Ribniy Dvor" (only if they ask you). Payment (arguable): 8$ per producer (once all the information is provided and producer is willing to meet). It's fine if producer is not willing to ship to Russia, but he has to be willing to show me octopuses (not just a sample) before I pay for them.
