Animate a candle on my app homepage X 2

Hi there I checked your attached image and project description. I've few doubts 1- You need a video file or animated GIF. 2- As you mentioned this is for an App, Do you need to deliver it for various screen sizes or single Large size. If so, How many versions you need. Just a idea I would like to share, to improve speed and memory optimization. I can do a cropped version (just candle and scroll),So you or your programmer can overlay/position this cropped version over base image. This method drastically reduces file size of animated graphic and improves speed. it would be great If you have Source file of this app Page (Photoshop psd).
