I am looking for a freelancer to create an animation of a wand moving around characters and the characters lighting up and changing colors as the wand moves. I have CAD for the Characters and the wand. I have attached a screenshot of the basic's of what I need animated. I will need the wand to move around the character and show that the character lights up and the color changes as the wand twists.
