Create an Animation

I need an animation to demonstrate an accident that has happened, IT CAN BE SIMPLE, all people (but firefighters) should be using the same uniform. Show me some annimation that you have created, so I will have an idea of how it's going to be. Here's what happened: 1 - Two people talking in front an elevator, on the second floor. 2 - Person 1 calls elevator, Person 2 turns around and starts to leave 3 - Person 2 hears a scream, turns back and see the elevator doors closing, then rush and holds the elevator doors, before it closes, looks inside the elevator shaft, gets confused, because he can't see anything, but he sees the steel cables from the elevator swinging and then realizes that Person 1 might have fall into the elevator shaft 4 - Person 2 uses a carpet to hold the elevator door, then goes to a near room to get some tools and then runs down the stairs to the ground floor 5 - He opens the elevator doors on the ground floor and sees Person 1 on the floor, upwards 6 - 3-4 more people arrives, they realize that Person 1 is making some small movements 7 - Person 1 sits and then stand up, dizzy 8 - Then two people enters in the shaft to provide first aid, and remove him from the elevator shaft, so these two people are lifting Person 1 up to the elevators doors, while other two people that were in front of the elevator doors grabs Person 1 by the arms. 9 - Firefighters arrives then take Person 1 to the hospital
