Create an Animation

Hi, I would like to create an album for RAMAYANA. There will be animated pictures which need to be made. I will use the RAMAYANA video from where I will take the scene and give you as a PICTURE / PHOTO. This picture then need to be worked on to change the character face or description so that it is not the same as the one in video. At the same time, the characters should look same in all the pictures they appear. For example, Hanuman changed image should be the same and should appear with the same features in other set of pictures doing other things or be in different position. There will all together 150 pictures in which we will summarise Ramayana. Please provide your reply in details such as: - The cost for 150 pictures - Time - one example if they have done such work before Here the budget is given only for indication purpose and this will change according to the work allocated and candidate's capability. thanks, Kumar
