Create a 2d Animation

I need animation done . Quality of it you can see in this sample video [login to view URL] with name " friends of Oliver" . Before you bid - make sure you can provide similar samples animation. We are looking for a high quality and standard animation, which have to be flowless. Everything will need to be hand drawn. I do have a storyboard and more details, that will be send to freelancers of our choice.

What i need from you is :

1. Sample of very similar quality animation

2. time frame to complete it based on storyboard i give

3. Tell me which software you going to use

4. Your best price for it

After project awarded and you do 5-10 seconds of animation , we will review it and if quality not what we asked for , you will not be paid and all !!!! So be sure you can do this before applying!!!

P.S. Video should be around 2 min mark.

Guys YOU NOT READING PROJECT DESCRIPTION !!!!! I dont want to see 1000 unneeded words and 20 unrelated links to your work. I WANT to see ONLY similar type of animation and that is all !!!! Stop spamming with your bid , where i have to spent 15 mins just to read it and then another 320 mins looking through your sample , which are clearly nowhere near what we looking for....

and yet again you guys not reading the description !!! This is a HAND drawn 2d in 3d space animation SAME as in sample i given to you . Pay VERY close attention to sample video. This is NOT a vector or clip art 2d animation or 3d animation !!!!
