Create 3D renders from 2D CAD drawings

Hi, Here is a cad layout, presentation and a set of reference pics of the conference room interiors: [login to view URL] The cad layout has been modified based on the feedback of the presentation.. I would like to have a panaromic view of the room and 2 options of perspective as mentioned below in detailing - OPTION - 01 CONFERENCE ROOM conference room layout to be done 01- glass wall ref 02 - false ceiling detailing and lighting 03- projector wall option and table reference as per the pic 04- chair ref 05-visitor chair ref 06- ceiling (ac vents and audio speakers) 07 - vitrified flooring ref OPTION - 02 VIDEO CONFERENCE ROOM video conferencing layout to be done 01- projector wall option  02- false ceiling detailing and lighting  03- slant wall / ceiling detail from glass wall side and upwards 04-wooden flooring ref 05-chair design 06- visitor chair ref 07 - ceiling (ac vents and audio speakers) NOTE: in the presentation there are 4 options. i want only 2 options for this project. Please make sure you understand the above, read the files, make sure you can render the materials/textures exactly as per my reference files. Let me know if you have any clarifications and if you can do this within max 3-4 days?
