Architectural Design For New Hotel Rooms

This project requires the freelancer to have a good architectural design background as it will need to freelancer to provide construction and installation details. Here is the project summary: Using One 40' Dry Cargo Container One 20' Dry Cargo Container Two 10' Dry Cargo Containers The freelancer must create three room types with a minimum of 480 square feet of net interior space. The room should contain the following areas: 1. Living Room - which leads to outside deck; 2. Dining Room 3. Bed Room with a California King Bed and two night stands 4. Full Bathroom with a full-size bathtub, a separate toilet area, and a washing/drying area The freelancer is required to provide construction details including measurements and construction detail for installation. Please bear in mind that some of the walls will be remove to create a glass wall or roof, it is up to the freelancer to be creative in this project. The containers will be placed on a deck so no foundation works will be required. Once the architectural drawings are completed, the freelancer is to provide 3D models showing the (i) Front View; (ii) Rear View; and (iii) Side View. Please incorporate a wooded natural background in the 3D models. Please note that the 3D Models should have interior furnishing in it. Since we are using containers as the building structure, it shouldn't be too complicated to layout the construction details.
