Read this brief carefully before you submit a proposal please. I will not negotiate price after you submitted your proposal. This is the project: My existing 3D artist is sick and can not complete my project. He has almost completed the exterior modelling. Some work is left, and some changes need to be done. Attached are the work done so far. What need to be done is this: - Finish furnish the balcony image, change finishes, and of course much higher quality. - Take away the three in front of building - Do some changes to the road/driveway so we get correct finish. - Push the quality higher, so it is same as my refference images. - Create two interior views. They have not been started yet. You will be provided with the 3D model of course. As well as the DWG files. I will send that in a seperate link after we start discussing details. Attached are the following files: - 3 images showing the existing work. All 3 exterior view points. - Floorplan showing the two view points for interior that need to be created. - Two sample of the quality and level of photorealism of exterior; file name [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] - One sample of quality of interior, file name [login to view URL]

Hello, I am a 3D artist and visualizer. I can help you complete this model by making adjustments, modelling the interiors and enhancing render quality. I make use of 3DS Max however I can also use Cinema 4D, Blender and SketchUp. I will start with the interiors, make the adjustments and then improve render quality.
