Create Animation For Cancer Film

I want an animation to be done to fit the ending of a documentary [url removed, login to view] this animation I want to show a working desk with a book on it and then as the book pages flip it stops on each of the 8 steps that are discussed in the film.

The first step(Diminish Your Stress) is shown and then the page across from it has a short [url removed, login to view] flips and then goes to the next step,step 2(Get ample Rest )and has a short explanation across and so on until the last step, step 8(Practice Self Control).The animation ends with the book closing or just fading to black.
