3D Character animation in 3D MAX

Hi, We are looking for an animator that can animate the movements of 10 video clips. The animations depict sign language and both finger, hand and facial movements need to be very precise to be understood. *We will provide you with a video of a human the does the same animation and a successful job is to model them as close to the video as possible. ----- Checklist for the 10 animations: * Over all the animation should look like in the corresponding video - Animation looks straight into the camera - Facial gestures mimic the ones in the video (sad, happy, angry, speaking, etc) - Hand skape is like the one in the video - Hand/arm movement is like the one in the video - The hand does not go through the body - Head movement(rare) - Animation should give the model a sense of "life" - Length of the animation should be cut to the first frame he hold his hands down (idle pose) ----- Link to the .MAX file and further instructions: [login to view URL] NB: The animation signs in the google doc may be different from what you will be animating, but follows the same style and length.
