Hello, If your hand drawing is easy to ready making a 3d model for a 3d printer should be a easy task. If you send me your hand drawing I could tell you how fast I could do it. I use Autodesk Inventor for 3d models. I would make a 3d model and save the model as an stl file. Most 3d printer use stl files, Then if you want to test the file for 3d printing errors, you could upload it to Shapeways, which is an online 3d printing company.
