Do some 3D Modelling - 3D low poly model for the main game character in Maya or 3ds Max with rigging and couple of simple key frame animations

I am working on a 3D mobile game and looking for someone who can help me the 3D low poly model for the main game character in Maya or 3ds Max with rigging and couple of simple key frame animations (walking, standing idle, jump, running, etc). I have included two pictures of the kid that I would like to model for this game - the model ideally should mimic the overall characteristics of the toddler in the picture (such as the proportion of head to the rest of the body, big eyes, hair style, etc). The character should be wearing dungarees with one of the suspenders left open (please see attached picture for an example of a dungaree). The expected deliverables inc: -The low poly character model with animations in Maya or 3ds. -All textures or other elements required to render the character. There is an opportunity for more work on this game, such as website design, rest of the game object models, game icons, textures, skyboxs, etc I would like to get a quote of price for this work before proceeding with the work.
