Requirements: 3 High Quality Exterior Rendering of structure in the specified environment. (1 during night, 1 during day) (.jpeg) 1 3D Fly-around of Exterior of Structure. (Max 2 minutes long: just need a sense of scale, form and aesthetics) (video format) Brief: Skyscraper: 210m High: Circular 50m Diameter Base: Circular 30m Diameter top floor: 60 Levels Located 1km offshore on small man-made island, connected to mainland by small bridge (show this as environment). Floors, core and columns are concrete. Exterior Cladding is Steel Frame. Glass Panels Between the frames. Dull green coloured glass. PLEASE design as per attached drawings. Keep geometry as per attached drawings as much as possible. Extra: Incorporate Top floor restaurant and solar panels on roof.
