Hello, We have got to keep balls rolling no matter we stay at home. Despite all restrictions we decided to continue our projects. I am looking to have a 3d design of fertiliser plant and animation. Project is as fallows; (Please see attached layout plan) Project will be designed for processing of two products; Bio Protein (1) Fertiliser (2) Both 1 and 2 will go through same process and same machinery and equipment will be used as well, as you will see in Layout of the promises. Both 1 and 2 comes out as a final product of manufacturing facility. They both has a high humidity level and needs to be ; I will explain what will be the fallowing procedures for 1, as same procedures will be for 2. Flowchart will be as fallows; -Goods needs to be loaded to HOPPER (A) with SKL Loader... -BioProtein needs to be transferred from A to Rotary Dryer (B) by Screw Conveyor (or Conveyor Belt) -Dried goods need to be stored in Hopper and then will be transferred to Rotary Screening (C) by Screw Conveyor belt. -Screened BioProtein will be grinded by Mill (D) needs to be grinded to a flour form. -Grinded protein will be transferred from D to Packing Machine (E)
