Design me a Product, 3D modelling, design and prototype in solidworks

I need to get a frame modelled / designed which can be swivelled / rotated around a rod / axel using motor / hydraulic / pneumatic techniques having further sub-frames inside. These sub-frames would have four arms inside the four sides. Each arm would be hinged at one inside corner of the sub-frame and the other end would be moved using a motor or manual operated system applying force towards the centre of the sub-frame so as to hold any solid object weighing upto 0.8 kgs in the middle of the sub-frame. Thus the assembly should be able to function with a payload of approx. 7.5 – 9 Kgs. These sub-frames would be lighted alongside the periphery so that held object is properly illuminated. The whole assembly should have tolerance towards vibrations & jolts. The size of the completed assembly should be 16” (Breadth) x 18” (Depth) x 2.25” (Thickness, tapering to 1.25” at the floating end) and Nine sub-frames sized with respect to the main dimensions. These sub-frames are in rows of 3 by 3. The main assembly will lie along the roof at 90 deg when unused and will have a cover on the side facing down. When activated, the cover should rotate 180 deg to the other side of the roof and the assembly should swing down around 120 deg. The assembly is fitted on the axle which is fixed to the two opposite side walls of the container almost touching the roof. But, having only enough gap to allow the assembly to rotate along with the fixtures and fittings. The weight of the assembly is not a constraint but should be limited by sleek futuristic design and manageable in assembling and removal. Material used should be light but practical i.e. costing feasibility in production should be kept in mind. The FEA has to be done and participants willing to prototype the model would be given weightage. In your brief please show the cost of design and prototyping separately. Design has to have a 360 deg view in all planes. Payment would be only Rs.501.00 advance on award. Balance after total handover of the project. For prototyping advance payment would be Rs.501.00 and will be made only after complete design handover is done. For balance towards prototyping, milestones can be mutually agreed.
