We are looking for an E-Learning expert with experience in various digital education methods to nurture free-trial users of our saas software product to learn and master our product, and get actual business value out of it so they go from new user -> product proficient user -> business value generating user -> ready to buy. We're looking for consultation on a total solution/eco-system, and not just for one specific technology. We'd like the training solution to be user-centric and possibly have the following functionalities, but also want your consultation on what the system should be like:
a) Training content is accessible on a training platform, one that users are motivated with and comfortable with re-visiting and constantly browsing, even when not prompted by us.
b) Training content is also available as walk-throughs that happen inside of the actual product, ( something like [login to view URL] ) guiding them using overlays on where to click and what to do, each time they log into and use our product.
c) The training content is also sent to them through automated/drip and trigger based emails or another medium, pushing the content to them directly based on prerequisites, and getting them to visit the LMS and log into the product to see the in-product tutorials.
d) The system should know where they left off last, regardless of where they view the content (email, in-product, LMS, etc.) and remind them to resume from the last section.
e) Able to track whether after viewing the training content, do they actually log into the product and use the corresponding feature? Whether or not they are actually using the features, so we can determine if the training content is actually working positively.
f) Based on their behavior inside of our product, send automated targeted training content to users in email and through the in-product pop-ups for parts of the product they aren't utilizing.
g) Analyze-able and Optimize-able. Able to see learning materials statistics and analytics to see how well the content is being read, important clues and see content performance, so we can improve the content.
h) Able to support quizzes, gamification and points in the Learning System
The e-learning goals of our trial users has 3 stages of learning.
Stage 1 - occurs after users sign-up for a free trial at www.ptengine.com. The purpose of Stage 1 is to a) get customers to install the product and b) get them to actually touch and use our core features.

The training topics here focus on advancing what they already know in terms of best practices, to making them domain experts, as well as introducing new features that come out for adoption.
