Additional Information: The goal is to create a blended learning training that provides a good core base skill set for front line employees. The training will focus on developing basic skills for bank tellers, and call center employees. The instructional designer will aid in writing content, storyboarding, selecting activities, and creating training guides such as facilitator and participant. Remote worker preferred with some onsite visits if needed.
