I am a native Chinese mandarin speaker. However, I live in Singapore now, where Chinese is taught as a second language Thus, I am also aware how Chinese should be taught to someone who's not a native speaker AS A SECOND LANGUAGE. I have taught some of my friends Chinese before in high school. At the same time, I have studied Chinese Language and Literature for years and have gained the top grade (I can show you my certificate if you ask), so depending on where you want to achieve, I can even teach you ancient Chinese or traditional Chinese poems and other more advanced knowledge. With that being said, Chinese is a very hard language for beginner, thus you may want to practice every day at first. I am available in weekends. For weekdays, I am only available after 8 (Singapore time). I set my weekly limit at 5 hours because I believe that even if I can teach you more, you would have serious trouble digesting them (Chinese is very hard for beginners). When you become more capable in Chinese, this limit can be changed.
