Seen image. I have had similar issues on other laptops with ubuntu (never owned a dell laptop so no experience with that). You will not need to pay (or get money back, I don't yet know well how this site works) if the error persists. This is indeed a small job and You won't need to pay more than $30 as more seems a bit ridiculous. I would even go lower if the lower bound was set lower (I would only ask about 20-25 probably). If you have skype or teamviewer or something along those lines, that would be ideal. Do you have any internet acces on the laptop in question (via cable or tethering via phone and cable)?
