Build Mind-Blowing, Ultra-Awesome 2.5D Unity Levels

We require an immediate Unity game developer with Jedi-level skills and an insatiable hunger to create some of the most awe-inspiring and immersive gaming experiences ever! Successful applicant will be very familiar with titles such as 'Rayman Legends' and 'Ori and the Blind Forest', and will be very passionate about creating something as great as those, or even better! This particular game title is being built in 4K for Steam, and will have the best qualities of action-adventure game, with role-playing, puzzle-solving and incredibly fun combat and spellcraft mechanics. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills: · Positive can-do attitude. We don't believe in 'impossible' at our studio. · A team-player with great communication. · 4+years of practical Unity Development Experience. · Previous experience specifically building platform / metroidvania type games. · Very strong 2D, 2.5D development skills. · Rapid level prototyping. · 3D game development skills. Strong understanding of 3d principles. · Efficient, well-documented programming skills. · Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.(We work with hand-painted assets) · Good understanding of lighting and colour. · Maya/ZBrush knowledge are considered assets. · Character Controllers and Rigging in Unity. · Game Asset Creation & 2D Object Rigging. · Working understanding of particle systems, water and weather systems will be considered strong assets. · 'Thinking out of the box' mentality; the want and the willingness to look for ways to do things better and to recommend those changes to the respective departments as they come up. Efficient production, attention to detail and above all else build quality, are of the utmost importance.
