Augmented Reality iPhone / Android App

We require the development of an iOS & Android app. Developer needs to have extensive experience in doing similar Augmented Reality apps using 3D Architectural Models. Please Note** we already have the base coding (Vuforia SDK) for the app. What is the app? An iOS & Android app that allows users to find house designs through a directory and view / interact with Augmented Reality house plans. HomeAR is broken up into (3) main features. Home FindAR - A directory that showcases different houseplans from home builders, Designers, Architects etc (similar to a real-estate type app) with the added feature of being able to download and view a 3D floor plan in AR. Plan ViewAR - An AR camera that allows user to view 3D models on predefined trackers on magazine, newspaper etc. Model LoadAR - a platform that allows the user to load up their own 3D models and view them on custom tracked markers ----- We would love to work with some talented people in the development of this app, but, please only apply if you have the skills required in the field of Augmented Reality. **Please see attached preliminary app report to determine price.
