Create Joomla site

I have a client who sells training materials that wants an ecommerce site. There will also be several pages of content. The materials are in digital (mostly PDF) format. We want to be able to ship, or allow client to download after the pay via PayPal. There may be shipping and tax charges depending on where the orders are shipped. We want a Joomla site with nice design and to include an area where they can download a sample of the document and/or purchase to be downloaded or shipped. We also want a rotating testimonials area, calendar, and if possible an affilate feature. The design must appeal to our target audience, which is small-medium sized businesses. I have attached a worksheet that provides helpful information. DO not include SEO in your bid. THis bid is for template design and the features I listed above. I have several other Joomla sites coming up and am looking for a good company that can do the work and test properly. I have a Linux server that we can use for development and testing. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Joomla, IE6+ and Firefox.
