E-learning Designer (6-month Contract)

• Assists L&D to conduct a thorough needs assessment when necessary

• Collaborate with SMEs and L&D to design and develop a full e-learning on boarding curriculum for new hires

• Develop a Compliance & Governance program

• Convert corporate SOPs into micro-instructional content/short animated videos for the intranet

• Takes into account the Employee Experience and cross-cultural sensitivities when designing the curriculum

• Takes into account the User Experience when designing e-learning content

• Curate and create engaging and impactful eLearning course content

• Build in assessments in e-learning curriculum to ensure performance outcomes

• Deploys the use of various multi-media tools as part of design, e.g. infographics, micro-videos, PDFs, etc.

• Advice on and assist with implementation and management of programmes and/or curriculum

• Ensure all learning content is accurate, relevant, consistent and aligned to broader learning goals and initiatives

• Conduct pilot tests, evaluate and fine tune curriculum before official launch

• Ensure seamless integration of cleaning curriculum to LMS and instructor lead sessions

• Regularly communicate project status to L&D

• Assist with other ad hoc learn tech initiatives

This person will have to be stationed in our Singapore office for at least 3 days a week.
