crop and resize movie dimensions

I edited a movie and for some reason I cannot get it to output in the origional dimensions, instead it is 640x480. I want the movie cropped and output in the correct size which I think* is 320x480 or here abouts ( it was a protrait iPhone movie).

*should be dimension of subject matter, the movie is a 360mb download
