Find similar and repetitive words in the audio file

I have a problem repeating the text in the audio file, For example, the speaker repeats a phrase : Peace and mercy of God be upon you, twice consecutive. Other example, the problem is that the presenter in the last pieces floundering speech and return the words badly and then correctly,then the Sheikh asks him to return the whole question, and then returns the whole question. I have a written text. The number of words written in the text (of course written without repetition or without re - asking) = 56 . The program selects the number of spoken words = 134, based on sound analysis only. Can I distinguish the frequency of speech based on the audio analysis of the file only?
