Need a video editor for our video channel

Hello everyone,
We are looking for a video editor for some very simple work. No special effects or major edits are required. Basically just splicing and titling. You don't need fancy equipment or expensive software. This is way simpler stuff than most video editing.
However, you do need to be able to understand English because you will be making important content decisions on what to cut and what to include.
This will be an on going project with approximately 4 videos per week. Each video length will be 5 to 10 min.
We will provide you topic or category. You need to find topics and related video from internet and after download you need to edit or join different video together to make them unique and as per topic.
We will pay you Rs.65 per video based on the info above. It doesn't matter to us how long you spend on them as long as they look good.
Experience preferred but not required.
Let me know if you have any questions,
Edited video will be uploaded onto Google Drive or Dropbox with a separate folder for each video. You can work on the videos at your own place.
