PLEASE, READ THE WHOLE DESCRIPTION We need 25 seconds video for a commercial. You are free to use text, photographs (which we provide) and any sort of graphics you like. 1920x1080 size NO SOUND - no music - no voiceover H264 codec Our budget is fixed for this project to 22 EUR per video For this budget we are not asking for a high end television commercial, just a simple, elegant and cool piece. We are starting a new advertising network for local stores where we already have led screens for advertising. We plan to create between 10 and 30 videos per month in the next months, but after the summer probably will have like 80 to 100 videos every month. For every video you will receive a brief and the photographs or videos you might need. Please, take this project as an example of work. Hi I've read your brief with great interest. I'm a good illustrator and cartoon artist and 2D,3D expert who can work at fair price. I'm also manager of good animation and programming team. I can surely deliver good result at the time you want. Please check my portfolio for my previous work. Those are only little scrap of my work.
