Looking for a long term assistant! Please read requirements carefully! I am looking for an assistant for approx 20 hours a week/ 4 hours a day. The working hours are between approx 9am to 3pm Central European Time. Now I know that is 6 hours but in the beginning the work will not be 4 full hours a day. So you need to be available around these hours to do work for me. The most important tasks you will be doing (among others): -Finding freelancers to do tasks for my projects -Placing jobs here on Freelancer/Truelancer etc (handling in my personal account) -Selecting the best freelancers for the job -Negotiate the work and explain in detail what needs to be done (if possible with video manual: record your screen and explain with microphone) -Making sure the jobs are done correctly and within required time -Do testing of the work delivered by the freelancer -Keeping a log of all your work and conversations (if possible, find a good system/app to work in together to keep track of things) Please let me know your skills on each of the following (and give points: 0 is no knowledge at all, 5 is expert level): DirectAdmin Plesk MySQL phpmyadmin Wordpress other frameworks like Laravel/Codeigniter Bootstrap CSS HTML PHP Javascript Jquery FTP Photoshop Illustrator Adobe Acrobat (or creating documents in PDF with text and screenshots) Are you available for 20 hours per week between approx 9am to 3pm Central European Time? Can you delegate work and test it afterwards? Are you fluent in English (written and spoken)? We will be communicating mostly through Skype but maybe phone or video conference calls might be an option too. What kind of projects does my company do? Mostly building and/or designing websites and websystems. Also mobile apps in some cases, designing or making mockups / sketches for customers etc. How to apply: Please tell me a little about yourself and why you think you are cut out for the job.
