Animation work needed

Please see the attached screen.

What I want is for the the boy and girl to (sidestep) the boy going to his right and the girl going to her left. They then both will "bow" Japanese style and then the boy raises his left arm and the girl raises her right arm like they are showing a tv screen in the middle of them. ( I will have a screen showing the features of the website)

I also want them to blink a few times so this will need to be added.
