Designer who knows Joomla

I have a site [login to view URL] which is built using Joomla. It is a beta of a corporate site that shall be launched soon. The general design of the site shall NOT de changed. I like the general site design, but after creating all pages it doens't look perfect. I need someone with great design skills that can just add some final touch to each page so that it looks much more professional. Examples of things I want done. 1. Choice of images for top frame so that these look good (Site is in Swedish but I will explain each section) 2. On inside pages I have images that explain certain things. These should be aligned to make it look better. I don't know how, but I know when it looks good. 3. On inside pages there are severl links to pdf's. These should probably be placed ina container, or in some other way be placed so that it looks better - and becomes obvious for the visitor that here are documents to download. Any ideas are welcome that can make the site look better. It is crucial that you can both make the deisgn and implemetn them using Joomla. I only want to use one resource to get this done. For clarification - things that shall not be changed: * green gradient on each side * width of site * top frame (unless you with simple tweaks cna make great improvements) * size of top image * flash part on start page /Peder
