Create Org Chart Dynamically

A single page, using a table with self referencing parent/child rows, construct an org chart. Needs to have the following 1. responsive page 2. collapsible/expandable nodes 3. use query string to determine which records to display 4. Content of of each box is determined by settings for diagram (could be just name, may be name + email+picture, etc.) needed in 3 days. Database is MS sql server. Code is C#/Javascript/jquery. Application will be hosted on IIS Windows Server 2012. Jquery component is fine and let me know which one in your bid. Additional Requirements: 1. ajax throughout 2. Code commenting throughout 3. Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code 4. secure web application 6. No 3rd party components unless agreed upon 7. Need to sign standard NDA For payment, I can escrow amount upfront, however, no funds are released until project is complete, tested and accepted.
