Web application for assessment tool on mobile, ipad and desktop

Web application requirement to be done in order to work with mobile and desktop devices. The main flow is that we want a system that can evaluate the students assessment based on our rubric assessment information (a set of questions to ask provided later by us). Provided is the rough image of the application for the project and the feature document. Note, not all the features have to be done and a discussion will be done before starting the project as some features are not of high priority and is irrelevant. The main thing that we want to focus on would be the upload of excel sheet, and then using the names or information from there to create the label for the question for the assessment.
