I do this professionally for a living. One of the biggest issues I frequently see website owners go through, happens when engaging someone to set up their hosting for them. Often, this results in the site owner not having any control over their own website because the person who they paid to set it up, did everything in their own name.
If you want this done right, you need someone who knows what they are doing. It's also important to realise that web hosting is an ongoing cost, not a one-off. You're paying to rent space on a server somewhere, so there is generally a monthly or yearly cost for this. There's also a cost to renew your domain name every one or 2 years.
I'll be happy to help you out with this, for 28 EURO I will:
1) Find the most appropriate and lowest-cost hosting account for your website needs. I will provide you with specific step-by-step instructions on what you need to sign up for, and let you know what the ongoing cost will be.
2) If you already have a website built, I will upload it to your new hosting account and test every page to ensure it's working correctly. If you don't have a website yet, I'll install a fresh version of WordPress for you.
3) Link your domain name to your new hosting account. (If you already have one, if you don't have one yet I will you find the lowest cost place to buy the appropriate domain name). If you do already have a domain name and it already has email services attached to it, I will make sure that mail continues to flow.
