Village maps on Google imagery

I need leaflet programmer. I have a GIS database with DistrictName/Talukaname/VillageName/SurveyNumber. I want to develope website which will on startup will ask for sinup/Login. Then will ask to select any city/Village using Google API search and on search will display map of that particular village/City. It should have follwing options 1) calculate area/Path/Line/contour 2) All layers of google earth with selected layer as a background 3) GPS boton when pressed shold show current location with GIS map 4) when doubble clicked on SurveyNumber should display area and other details of survey number Like District/Taluka/Village/Area of survey number 5)Goto SurveyNumber option from current location using google map 6)Draw Line/Path/Polygon and after draw it should display length/Area/Contour etc
