Hello, I want to build a database of profiles and images that contain the data located in the National Sex Offender database. We would first start with the state of Tennessee. Supposedly there are 22,856 sex offenders registered in Tennessee in total. Here is the site [login to view URL] The plan is I will build an API for you to send the data to. I would like to have the ability to run your application each month. After we get the state of TN up and running I would like to add additional states - which all have a slightly different schema. Additionally, I have other projects I would like to get done too that would involve capturing image and profile data for county inmate population. Here is an example of a domain: [login to view URL] As a result I am looking for a long term relationship with a professional web scrapper who will help accelerate the building of a database for me. Must be professional with a lot of experience with web scrapper. Able to overcome captcha, blocking, use proxies, etc. Please respond if interested. -Bill

Hi The Nsopw website has captcha on the initial screen, but I think I can get past that using python captcha solver. However the searches require searches from an address for a given range, so to get the list you want, I would need a list of addresses that I could use to scan and find lists for the given region. Proxies are not an issue as I have a scraping script to get a list of free proxies to use. I have done a good set of webs scrapers with requests and BeautifulSoup. Its not really difficult if you know your html and css markers to find the right data. I've also done webbot work with selenium. Thanks Marc Nealer
