Create a Dating Website with Full Admin Functionality

I am looking for an experienced web developer who can create a quality fully functioning dating website that is religious based which is graphically pleasant to the user and full admin friendly features. I have listed the detailed specifications attached in a PDF. I attempted to place all in description but exceed the character space and therefore needed to attach additional specifications. Below are the basic requirements: • PHP/MySQL • Secure site • Full bug check • Beautiful design in a wedding theme • Logo, image, and banner placement • Wordpress blog of theme provider provides to be installed as a subdomain of website which has a search button leading to dating website. • Compatible with major Internet Browsers in new and slightly older versions (Chrome, Firefox, IE, Safari…) • Basic profile questionnaire, perfect match compatibility questionnaire, (up to 10) photos and 1 video upload from webcam in profile. • Search capability to find other users • 4 alerts to users in their personal email and website mailbox • 3 alerts to inactive users in their personal email and website mailbox • Ajax IM or comparable third party software installed • In website mailbox • Free membership with limited access and paid membership with full access options for users with register buttons on all pages • Full admin functionality including: o Ability to add/delete/edit profiles and fully view content. o Analytics and site statistics, how many users, billing information, incomplete profiles. o Bad words control from file and alerts admin of which user Again, please look at attachment for further specifications. I am looking for an honest web developer that will quote me ethically. I realize some of the features listed could be purchased as a separate software for a small fee and implanted into the website. Please provide your estimate if you can complete all of the tasks within a reasonable amount of time. Since some of the items can be purchased from third parties ala carte, please provide such companies and their fees for their software (once awarded the job). Do not include their fees in your estimate as based on approval provider will pay for such software for developer to install. This can be an ongoing relationship.
