Landing page designer needed (US, CA, or UK only)

I'm looking to establish a long term relationship with an intuitive and savvy western designer (US, UK, CA). I'll be requiring straightforward landing page designs that incorporate surveys, quizzes, voting, etc. The themes / topics of the landing pages will vary and it is critical that a designer is able to understand how to put together relevant pages (i.e., use appropriate fonts, colors, background images, etc). An example request for a landing page would be something like: "I need a landing page with an XBOX 360 / GameStop theme, a quiz area (question, 4 options, "next" button). The landing page goal is to have the user take a XBOX 360 quiz to qualify to get a GameStop gift card." From this, you should be able to understand that you need to integrate the appropriate logos, fonts, color schemes, gift card graphics, etc. The landing page needs to look official and well made. The dimensions for most landing pages will be about 800px W x 750px H. No code is needed, ONLY PSDs! This project is for ONE landing page, more details in private.
