Simple online store and logo

First of all, don't bother bidding if you haven't read the whole project description and be able to demonstrate that you have in your bid. All points need to be addressed to be considered. I need a simple online store created. At least I think it's simple. I also need a logo and layout for the store done so that it is nice and attractive too, so your skillset and portfolio will need to include examples of websites but also examples of previous graphic design work as well. The first step is the logo and colour scheme, second is setting up the store. I stress I don't need anything super fancy, no animations or anything. Just simple and professional is what I am after. I don't mind if you make it from scratch or if you use an existing product. I don't want to use a hosted solution (like [login to view URL]) where I have to pay a monthly service fee. Of course I have to pay for hosting, I know that, just don't want an "ecommerce solution" such as I have indicated. The things I require from the store: - Adding itmes to the store must be easy (I upload a photo, description and price and the store then makes it appear in the right place looking nice) - There must be a facility for stock management. So if I have 99 items, I enter in that I have that many and it will only allow 99 items to be sold, so I don't have a situation where I have more orders than stock - When adding items to the store, capability to assign them to several different categories - Capability to issue coupons, either for a straight discount ($2 off a whole order, or a particular item) or to have buy X and get X free (buy 1 get 1, buy 3 get 1, buy 2 get 2 etc. not those specific combinations but you get the idea) - Checkout via Paypal - Ability for the checkout to go to either of two Paypal accounts. To one account for payments $10 and under, another for $10.01 and over. I can explain this further but that should be enough information for now. - If an item is out of stock, have a button saying something like "Let me know when this is back in stock" that when pressed has the visitor enter their email address so I can notify them when something is back in stock. - Some form of analytics so I know where visitors are coming from I think that's about it.
