WordPress Web Designer Needed

I am looking for someone who can design a website with Photoshop and knows how to then convert the PSD files into wordpress. The site is going to be about 5-7 pages and must be SEO optimized. Right now, the PSD files are already created ready to be converted to WordPress site. I am looking for someone with a good eye for graphics. I also need you to create my logo On the home page, I need an optin box that stands out on the page. I will give you the code to tie the optin box into get response or Aweber Autoresponder. We will have the same look and feel throughout the site. We will be taking orders so I need to integrate Paypal and some sort of Shopping Cart with payment processing. I currently use 1Shopping cart. I am looking to get this done asap. So I need someone who can start on it this week and deliver finished product by next week. I have other projects that I need done as well. So this will be a long term position for the right person. So I am looking for someone who is reliable, honest and has great work ethics. I am looking for an individual, not a company.
