I have this template [login to view URL] upon which I would like to build a website for a small company. The template itself will not need much modification, though all new copy and images will go in. I will provide the images and write the copy, but I do not know the mechanics of building the website, and this is where I need your help. This site uses parallax scrolling, so you must be able to demonstrate that you have done this before, and that you also have experience in SEO There is no merchandising in this site, but it is very important that you have strong visual and design skills to help design an aesthetically strong site. I have several other sites to build, so while this does not have a large budget, I will do several others on this same template.
