shopify customization

We need help managing our shopify template. Our store is [login to view URL] and we are using the megatronic theme. we want the ability to move some things around, etc. an example of this is the left column. i want the ability to put the "free Ship" ad on the top of the column. Also might want to add some color to the header, etc... Basically we need someone to act as the technical guru for our store. Applicant must be extremely familiar with shopify. This will be ongoing work.
