Complete Website w/Optimization & Banner Design

The website we need will be for Motorcoach/Bus Tour Operators, Travel Agencies, and Sightseeing Tour Operators. The website will allow all tour/travel vendors to post their trips on our site for a fee of $1/day, plus have the option to make it a featured listing, and/or add a photo to their listing for an additional fee. The trips will be able to be searched by the comsumer visiting the site by Type of Tour (motorcoach, sightseeing, travel packages by air, etc, and "all tours". In addition, they can search by departure or destination country, state, city, and zip code. If city or zip code is used, they can search within 25, 50, 75, 100 miles of what was entered. The consumer will also be able to search for trips by Featured Activity/Attraction (such as Shopping, Adventure, Casino, Racing, etc), and by the month the trips depart. Companies who post their trips on this site will be able to create an account with a password so that they can go back in and modify any details of the trip they need to, post more trips without having to re-enter all of their credit card info, etc. They will not have the ability to shorten the duration of the posting, however, as we do not want to get into refunding money more than we have to. The listings will all come back in either a Featured Listing (at the top of the page with a highlighted box around it), or as a Standard listing. The standard listings will either be text only or have a fixed size pic attatched. The featured listings will have the highlighted box as well as a pic in the listings. Companies can pay more money to be in the featured section or to just have a pic added to their listing. Companies can list their website link in the ad, as well as their email address and phone number along with company name and name of tour. The website will need secure credit card processing for the companies who post their trips. The site will need to be optimized for high rankings under several key words such as travel agencies, motorcoach tours, bus tours, bus trips, motorcoach trips, sightseeing tours/trips, etc. etc. We also need to build a huge link popularity program to help in the site rankings from sites that are similar in genre. This site should be very low maintenance once up and running, where operators can get in and manage their own account, post trips, etc without alot of involvment by the webmaster. We will be requesting links from each operator that posts trips on our site. For this reason, we will need a couple of banner designs for them to choose from. The domain name has already been reserved thru 1&1.com. I have hand drawn how I want the vendor page and consumer search page to appear. I am looking for people with experience and excellent feedback. Please do not tell me how great you are. Just give me references and a project timeline w/ details on how you will make this site a real and very popular. An additonal item we will need is a complete email list of all tour operators (motorcoach and sightseeing), as well as all travel agencies in the US broken down by State.
