Rotate Wordpress Menu for Internet Explorer 8 and Chrome

Our new wordpress website is almost completed.

It has a vertical tabbed menu which looks ok in Firefox (it is rotated 90 degrees as shown in screenshot) but we cannot get it to rotate in Internet Explorer 8.0 and it looks out of place in Chrome. So we just need someone to edit our css coding to ensure that the menu looks the same in Internet Explorer 8.0 and Chrome as it does in Firefox. We would also like the coder to take a look at our menu code to make sure that we have coded it correctly for Firefox.

We know it is possible as we have found other wordpress sites which have similar menus.

Theme is : free responsive theme.

We need someone who is excellent at css and can complete this work quickly.

We have attached a draft screenshot of how the menu looks in firefox which is how we want it to appear in IE8, Chrome & other browsers. At present the menu appears horizontal in IE8 and it appears slightly behind the main content in Chrome.

A few people have commented that IE8 does not support features such as rotation but we've found this website which does appear to achieve a similar rotated menu and it works fine with IE8.

They are using a different theme - pagelines.

But if you have a different way of achieving the same effect then thats fine but please let us know how you intend to complete this project e.g. css or jquery. Sorry its such a tricky project!
