Bootstrap based members Dashboard - Bitcoin payments + withdraw / Referral program / 2FA implantation / Virtual "token" to be traded for account credit

Hello, I would like to develop a dashboard that is very similar in design and features to this video [login to view URL] The features taken from watching this video should be the following: 1) An option to convert $ into a "token" they call EthConnect Balance. We could just store X account has Y token or $ in a database - We don't need a token developed 2) An option to deposit Bitcoin funds into our users account. We can use [login to view URL] (or another) API. Each user must have their own Bitcoin deposit address and should not leave the website to deposit the funds. 3) A referral program that has multiple levels (AKA MLM marketing). Referrals get a % based off the amount of $ converted into "tokens" 4) Implement Google 2FA for every user. If this requires a lot of work we can skip this for now.
