Hi there, I have read initial details and understand that you want to develop Gumtree type website and App, which is very much doable but unfortunately this project cannot be done in £3,000, as you want complete solution, i.e. 1- Web Application (Responsive/Mobile friendly) 2- Native iOS App 3- Native Android App 4- WebServices (API) & Back-end Admin Panel Honestly speaking, even alone website cannot be developed in £3,000, as Gumtree is a very big website with loads of features. However, if you can provide me list of basic features, then I can give you our firm cost for website and later on you can develop iOS & Android Apps, as you need a big budget for all above projects.
