Build a website application based on SharePoint or ASP.net/ASPX CMS

Our project requires a website that provides users with information and functionality using SharePoint or a custom Content Management ASP.net site A brief specification document will be uploaded as well more detail on the project as it comes up, this document provides detail on lists/tables etc The web application is to be done using SharePoint with lists etc as a first choice and than asp.net and custom databases and tables ***The spec that will be provided is written using reference to SQL and ASP, however the project is still to be done using SharePoint as a first option. The language was used to keep the specification general. Where the word "Table" is used the alternative would be a "SharePoint List" for example*** Basic Functionality: 1. It must preferably be a SharePoint based website application 2. ASPX/ASP.net will be a second best option 3. The website will have two parts to it, Front End and Back End 4. The Front End will be used to provide users with information, contact us form, as well a multi page functional registration form 5. Price Template will be dependent on options selected in Service Types. A range of acceptable prices should be stored and loaded on the price template to allow the user to play with his pricing. The home page will feature a rotating banner, allowable to be changed by an admin user through the admin login or another CMS feature
