Requirements on site and WooCommerce

▪ Multi languages support and the plugin WPML -might not be used at one but installed and designed for to easy add other languages -see further down
▪ Affiliate plugin (non public -only need for internal admin) with fixed/ % commission tracker via url-tracker and discount “word trackers”

▪ Product pages (with social media integration)
▪ Content pages (on about us, get in contact, …
▪ FAQ with click and drop for questions
▪ use the basic steps in checkout and make it good..
Email:
▪ Email templates for:
⁃ Newsletter
⁃ Auto reply and status update when a order is made (verification on order and payment), handled and shipped, and
▪ Signup on website for email
▪ Opt out in both email templates and on site for newsletters

We understand that some of these problems can be solved in some different ways with plug-ins that could be apart of the WPML suite.
The site will be hosted on Cloudways so the developer needs to be familiar with this environment!
The site needs to be ready for us to fill with content by the end of september and there is to be expected that we'll need to do smaller fixes after launch to tweak it, and also adjust images..

The watches that we're going to sell is towards woman with a clean design, for the moment we'll need some placeholder content as we wait for the shippment of watches.
