What I am looking for I would like to bring an application to my country which is a kind of niche market here. The application that running on the same field called Bizzby, Taskrabbit (only in UK, US market) and Youdo (only in Russian market). I have a business plan with a lot of own ideas, know-how, design ideas etc. "Hero" on-demand job market Basically the application helps people to find the best and most experienced employee in the industry based on review system. I need a guy or even a whole team who can help in the following: (1) wireframes and/or UI designs, (2) 10 user tests, (3) front- & back-end development concerning these features / pages / categories: a) Admin & User management, b) Main (landing page), c) Registration steps, d) User profile e) Instant Chat f) Ad posting, g) Listing ads, h) Ad "details" page, i) "Hero" listing, j) Hero profile, k) Additional pages FAQ, etc.), l) Map feature, m) Comment feature for ads, n) Validation (options: social + phone, person), o) Discount/deal management, p) Reviewing users, q) Debate forum, r) Payment integration, s) Invoice integration, t) Instant notification feature, +) Logo, basic brand ID & "koala" graphics.
